Access TrílogoStill have questions about how Trílogo's solutions work? Check out the FAQs:
First of all, make sure you’ve received the initial access link in the email address you used to register with Trílogo. With this link, you can complete your registration, change your password, and log in via the Trílogo app or by visiting our website and clicking the “Access Trílogo” button located in the top menu of the page.
There are two ways to recover your password for the Trílogo maintenance management platform:
Resetting your password and creating a new one: When you’re on the login screen, simply click “Forgot my password” and then enter the email address you used to register on the platform. Once you’ve done that, click “Send recovery link.” After this process, you will receive a link in the inbox of the email address registered on the platform to reset your password, with options for the Web, Android, or iOS versions. Your new password must meet the following requirements:
– Contain at least 8 characters;
– Contain at least 1 number;
– Contain both uppercase and lowercase letters.
Once you’ve set your new password, click the “Confirm” button.
With the help of another user in the domain: That’s right! Another user in the same domain as yours can help you reset your password. Ask them to go to the Settings menu and then click Users. Next, they should click on your username and then Password Recovery. You will receive a reset link in the inbox of the email address registered with Trílogo.
Creating a ticket is very simple, and you have two options:
1. Create a ticket via QR Code: Just point your phone at the QR Code of the item that needs repair and enter the necessary information for the maintenance request.
2. Create a ticket via the Trílogo app or desktop version: Open the Trílogo app and tap the (+) icon at the top of the screen. To create a ticket on a computer, log in to the website and click the (+ New Ticket) button.
To register your company’s employees or service providers as users in Trílogo, click the Settings menu in the desktop version, then click Users, and then click the (+ New User) button.
Fill out the form fields and configure the access type, specifying whether the new user will be an internal or external user. If the registration is for an employee, they will be an internal user. If the registration is for a service provider, they will be an external user.
Important: If you want to register a service provider for your company, the user profile must be associated with a CNPJ.
You can track tickets by reviewing their statuses, which can be: open, in progress, completed, reviewed, and archived. In addition to being visible on the app’s home screen, these statuses will also appear in the ticket chat.
You can use the filter feature to select only the ticket statuses you want to track, giving you greater control over your company’s building maintenance management.
Another simple and practical way to track your company’s tickets is to enable the calendar view, allowing you to monitor tickets and their deadlines for completion.
With this feature, tickets will be automatically created and customized according to the rules you’ve set up for your preventive maintenance.
Go to the top menu under “Records” and then click on “Automatic Ticket Rules.” Specify whether the ticket is for equipment (e.g., preventive maintenance of air conditioning) or building-related (e.g., pest control), and then configure the remaining settings.
If your user is designated as the person responsible for executing the ticket, you can enable email, app, or push notifications to always receive alerts.
Trílogo checklists can help your company standardize maintenance processes. Registering them is very simple: Go to the top menu under “Records” and then click on “Checklists.” Click on “+ New Checklist” and fill out the form with the information needed to standardize the checklist. Finish creating it by clicking the “Create” button.
To add the sequence of checklist activities, click View after the checklist has been created and include the items of the process to be followed, configuring them with the necessary information.
On Trílogo your company can request quotes and receive estimates from service providers in a much more convenient way.
To open a quote, select the ticket for the desired service and click on the internal tab (+ New Quote).
Fill out the form with relevant data and information so the service provider can provide a quote. By clicking Request Quote, you can:
1 – Notify service providers already registered on your domain.
2 – Send the quote request to an email address.
3 -Share the quote link with anyone online, including service providers not registered on your Trílogo domain.
Go to the Reports menu at the top and choose between Management Reports or Operational Reports.
You will have access to data on your company’s building maintenance management or feedback on services performed by your external contractors.
